As a member of our Community Outreach Team, you’ll be responsible for:

• Engaging with local communities and individuals to share information about the advantages of yoga for children’s wellness.
• Distributing flyers, brochures, and other promotional materials in high-traffic areas, community centers, and events.
• Building relationships with community members, schools, and parents to create a supportive network for promoting children’s well-being.

We’re seeking enthusiastic individuals who:

• Are passionate about the wellness of children
• Possess a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Are comfortable interacting with people from diverse backgrounds and age groups.
• Have a reliable mode of transportation for reaching various locations within the community.
• Are self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve outreach goals.

Members of our Community Outreach Team will be hired as independent contractors (1099), which means you’ll have the flexibility to manage your schedule and work as it fits your availability. The pay is $18 per hour. Specific details will be discussed during the onboarding process.

1. What resources will be provided to help with outreach? We’ll provide you with a comprehensive outreach kit, including flyers, brochures, talking points, and answers to frequently asked questions.
2. Can I choose my locations for outreach? We are open to suggestions and have identified key areas where our message will resonate.
3. Are there any bonuses for the number of people I sign up? Yes, at the end of the month, we will look at the outreach teams’ activity and how many signups listed your name as how they heard about Little Zen Yogis. You can write your name on the flyers you hand out or have them complete the interest form right there. 
4. Will I have opportunities for growth within the team? Yes, as our outreach efforts expand, there may be opportunities to take on leadership roles within the team or explore other areas of involvement with Little Zen Yogis.
