We recognize the urgency of this situation and are committed to making a positive change.

I am a passionate advocate for the well-being of youth. My journey began with a deep-rooted desire to empower young minds, instilling in them the values of health and wellness from an early age. As a child, I experienced the power of sports, which ignited my love for an active lifestyle. I ran track, which taught me essential lessons about discipline and perseverance and gave me a sense of belonging.
When I became a mom, my perspective on wellness expanded. It inspired me to seek moments of stillness and mindfulness for both myself and my child as we grow alongside each other.
This understanding motivated me to embark on a mission to create yoga programs for children that encourage physical activity and incorporate mindfulness and calm practices. By providing children with opportunities to explore their inner selves and develop a sense of tranquility, we can help them become more confident, resilient, and compassionate individuals.
At Little Zen Yogis, we are committed to nurturing the potential within each child, laying the foundation for a lifetime of mindfulness, self-care, and inner peace.
